Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced packages by the postal service during transit to your destination, or returned packages due to incorrect shipping addresses, or ANY postal service issues. We will NOT under any circumstances be responsible for lost/untracked/stolen or customs retaining your package. We are not responsible for any customs charges or fees that may be charged to you upon delivery of your package to your country; we do not reimburse any customs charges or fees imposed by your country, so please keep this in mind when placing an order.

International Shipping - Falsely altering a government document is illegal so please do not ask if your value on the label can be adjusted to avoid import/VAT or any fees. We will not take part.

If items are broken due to shipping, email us at tracyspowderroom@gmail.com with your order number and pictures (no videos) so we can help you. Products must be claimed damaged within the first 2 days of the delivered date.
