Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches and then cured creating a super hard bar. Soaps are poured and cut by hand so each bar will vary slightly.

All of my products are Cruelty and Talc free. Vegan unless specifically labeled otherwise.


The Store Policy

While we try to show the true color of each product to the best of our abilities, please remember that different screens have so many variables that play into how a color is viewed. With that being said all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges unless I have a made a mistake with your order.
I do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the products, but please message me if there are any issues so we can help with a solution. Our products are formulated to be gentle, however, if you have sensitive skin it is always best to do a patch test on your arm first with ANY cosmetic/skincare products, not just ours. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, and urge you to please check the ingredients first before purchasing.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced packages by the postal service during transit to your destination, or returned packages due to incorrect shipping addresses, or ANY postal service issues. We will NOT under any circumstances be responsible for lost/untracked/stolen or customs retaining your package. We are not responsible for any customs charges or fees that may be charged to you upon delivery of your package to your country; we do not reimburse any customs charges or fees imposed by your country, so please keep this in mind when placing an order.

International Shipping - Falsely altering a government document is illegal so please do not ask if your value on the label can be adjusted to avoid import/VAT or any fees. We will not take part.

If items are broken due to shipping, email us at tracyspowderroom [!at] gmail.com  with your order number and pictures (no videos) so we can help you. Products must be claimed damaged within the first 3 days of the delivered date.

The Processing Time

It can take anywhere between 1 to 2 business WEEKS before the order ships. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. I do my very BEST to ship orders out BEFORE then, but have that cushion there for high volume sale periods (and due to the fact I am a one woman show (-:). HOWEVER, if you have ANY questions or concerns regarding your order or status PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE to message me. I check my emails often and reply as soon as I see a message.
